About NX_Ministries

At NX_Ministries, we are a family-driven, Christ-centered ministry with over 40 years of combined experience, passionate about seeing God reshape His church and ignite revival in today’s generation. Founded by JT Norcross, our president, we believe God is alive and moving, countering warnings from A.W. Tozer about losing the Holy Spirit’s fire, Bonhoeffer’s caution against cheap grace, and Nietzsche’s claim that God is dead. JT’s heart is to see Jesus proclaimed and the Holy Spirit alive in us again, sparking awakening through hearts turned to God.

Shane Norcross, our vice president and pastor, is devoted to reaching people with the gospel and fostering personal relationships with Jesus as Lord and Savior. With experience in small rural churches, Shane understands the financial burdens of hosting events. His mission is to share preaching, teaching, and worship without cost barriers, serving churches for God’s glory.

Elijah, our third partner, focuses on young people, answering God’s call to serve in camps, retreats, and youth events. Together, we offer dynamic ministries—revivals, D-Nows, college and men’s events, plus training in apologetics, pastoral ministry, and church planning.
